Koenig and Strey Chicago MLS Search and Real Estate

I've seen real estate buyers come through my web site and take anywhere from 2 weeks to 9 months to make a purchase, with most checking in around the 8 week mark from first contact to contract or close of escrow. So, the statistics seem be about right.

The key to my success as an internet-focused Realtor is to provide free access to a Chicago MLS search on my site, and promote the heck out of the feature.
