ERA Real Estate has agreed to feed as a test about 76,000 ERA represented property listings with Trulia Real Estate Search Engine.
At what point does the other majors like Remax, C21, Prudential and others use engines like this? And what does it mean for the traditional MLS, and traditional print media? Time will tell.
Change is definitely blowing in the digital wind, IMHO.
