Dominion Enterprises, which publishes a handful of real estate magazines, has acquired Pullan Communications, a Los Angeles-based real estate marketing and Web site developer, for an undisclosed cash purchase price.
I have pontificated before that the agents competition is not the Realtor across the cubicle,or across the street. Not online anyway. The real estate agents competition is the Big Press and Aggregators.
These guys want to be the conduit for agent lead distribution. And they have the money to make it happen.
