I get Questions:
I guess this question was was asked in order to test my Googling skills:
Aloha Tim,
I’m interested to know what is the percentage of women vs. mean in real estate?

It seems like NAR always has a pretty good idea of who makes up their membership:
Gender of REALTORS®, by Experience, 2007
| All REALTORS® | 41% | 59% |
| Brokers/Broker-Associates | 50% | 50% |
| Sales Agents: Work 40+ hours | 38% | 62% |
| Sales Agents: Work less than 40 hours | 32% | 68% |
The typical REALTOR® is a 51-year-old white female, who has attended college, is married, owns her home, lives there only with her spouse and has a household income of over $100,000.
59% of all REALTORS® are female. The percentage of females in the field has risen from 54 % in 2005. Females account for a larger share of REALTORS® in each age group, except for those over 60 where the gender share shifts to a slight majority for males.
