Foreclosure Niche
Despite the terrific foreclosure figures last month that showed an 8% decline, it still is a great niche to get yourself involved with. NOD's , Shortsales, and Repos offer tremendous listings and sales possibilities.
I am curious.
Can you let me know what kind of niche you specialize in, if any specific niche at all?

I came across a great site for short sales and foreclosures. The site is 321gone.com Its kinda like ebay with a countdown clock.
Maybe this will help you get into this niche.
