I am in the process of writing a rather lengthy piece on how marketers can use the social net to help push along a story. Regardless of intent-good or evil.
Coincidentally, I started getting a series of comments that appears to be from a bubble blog on the positiveonrealestate.com directory of Positive real estate stories. And on this very blog. I first received a comment on what the poster felt was a bad guy/mortgage professional. It was a good story, but I didn't want to post it because I felt it may be meant as a way to bring negativity on this antagonist. And quite frankly with the blog suits going on I didn't want to post something I really do not have the time to investigate and form an opinion.
So I deleted the post. Interestingly I get a few more comments, now under the name of this particular antagonist/mortgage guy. All listing lending websites and his links I assume.
So, I gotta delete them all as I have a feeling this is part of an attempt to market an opinion that I want no part of.
I thought this interesting enough to post it here for your amusement and more importantly to see how one can market ideas often thru stealth means.
