Capital Consideration For SEO
Many know that a search for home is different than homes (plural).
However, did you know that a Capital letter can show a unique result in Google?

Interesting, but what does using a capital in that place really mean to the search engine such that it delivers unique results?

Or more than likely as I have caught some search rendering unique results for:
City Real Estate
CITY REAL ESTATE
city real estate
It does not seem consistent but I have seen it happen enough where I think it worth some attention.
