My web geek told me to go into the MySQL. Which is fairly easy when you have a cpanel hosting.
But, he showed me a way where you go into the password which has fancy encryption that you have to convert and need a converter to do. Blah blah blah. White noise lol.
I would rather bypass all that. Usually the problem with peeps that have lots of websites is that we never attached our site to a real email. Its easier to avoid spam that way.
So the answer is go into the MySQL and change the email address of the account.
Then simply go to your login in at url.com/wp-admin and go to lost password . The install will send your new-real email a link to change the password to something you remember.
