Additionally, new home owners like open, flexible floor plans and tend to live near similar neighbors. New homes also come with warranties, the ability to easily install the latest technologies, and energy-efficient systems that lead to lower utility bills.
Some buyers like that nearly all new homes experience rapid price appreciation. Moreover, they do not have to worry about asbestos, lead paint, old wiring, and other hazards that may surface in mature dwellings.
