Asheville NC real estate continues to have sales of both new homes and homes for resale. Once on the market, new communities sell rapidly and fixer-uppers even more so. Although prices will steadily increase during the winter months, many buyers are taking advantage of Asheville's lower prices  as opposed to cities where it is much more expensive to live,
