Colorado Springs Real Estate Demands

It could be true that the housing bubble may have sprung a leak but the doesn't seem to be the case in Colorado Springs. Colorado Springs Co Homes for Sale will be the motto when some 10,000 military personnel come marching home,  which, I might add,  will result in an increase of approximately 25,000 people to the population in this area. Thats going to mean a shortage of housing; a real hayday for the sellers but bad news for the buyers that wait too long.
