Phase I sales have commenced at South Mountain district’s newest custom home site community, Carver Mountain, located at Elliot Road and 51st Avenue in Phoenix.
The secluded, gated community on Carver Mountain, a mountain located just north of South Mountain, will offer custom home sites over the entire mountain, each on a half acre up to three acres. Lots boast stunning views of South Mountain, the Estrella Mountains, Camelback Mountain as well as expansive city views of downtown Phoenix.
