So True, Emotion is the driving force behind the sale. Logic is what we use to explain Why we bought...... I never thought about the election as emotion over logic. Obama drove more emotions

Great way to put thing into perspective. You can throw fact after fact about a property to try and sell it, but if you can create an emotional attachment for a buyer you're that much closer to a deal. Thanks for bringing that back to mind.
